You are mostly bacteria!According to Scientific American, your body contains ten times more bacterial cells than human ones. “You are more bacteria than you are you.”
And the majority of these bugs are doing you a favor, from producing chemicals that help you harness energy to keeping your
immune system strong. Yeah, that’s right, even helping your immune system? (If you remember the mitochondria, you’ll
be intrigued to know that that is a bacteria we incorporated.)Now scientists have discovered that around 40 of our genes are even bacterial in origin. Your life and identity
is very closely related to the microbial world. So
should you really be worrying about getting sick from “germs”? Not really. While common sense warrants avoiding
obvious contaminants and excessive amounts of non-friendly bacteria, Americans have a particular paranoia about microbes that
has no scientific basis.Want to stay healthy?
Build health from within.1. Get adjusted. Maintain optimum function and communication of your nerve system with all parts of
your body.2. Sunshine. Vitamin D creates the production of antimicrobial peptides.3.
Decrease sugar. It hampers your
immune system and is great nourishment for all things “bad” in our body. Read labels and decrease grains.4.
Exercise. Movement is life in so
many ways.5. Sleep. Most are “undernourished” in this area. 6. And when it comes to cleaning and washing hands, simple soap or alcohol based disinfectants are
the best. “Anti-bacterial” anything is part of the problem with getting “super-bugs”.

Why YOU, (yes, you) need chiropractic care.Simple Facts About How You Function
1. Every aspect of your human experience is processed through
your nerve system. 2. Every function of your body is controlled by your nerve system. 3. Spinal alterations create electrical distortions and interference in the signals of your nerve system. * (Now re-read #1 & #2) 4. As a chiropractor I locate and correct those spinal distortions,
allowing your nerve system to communicate more clearly. 5. Every human being benefits from proper
chiropractic care.

Our "health care" system creates fear !You need to know that the current health care system is designed to create fear.
The illusion that is being created is that it is being done for public safety, and the enforcement mechanism is a government-backed
police force. Tragically, many legitimate objections to violations of your health freedoms are overpowered in the name of
national security.
Of course our current system has enormous benefit and value in the treatment of acute medical
emergencies that require the use of trauma centers, skilled surgeons, and intensive care units to help repair and heal us
when we are injured. But when this acute care system is applied to chronic degenerative health conditions that compromise
more than 95% of the health problems, it becomes a miserable failure.
We have a miserable failure. And the
average American's health reflects that miserable failure.
But it's not a failure for the food and drug industries.
It is a stroke of genius for the drug and food industry who distort the evidence to convince you that it is perfectly
logical to use the highly effective acute trauma approach for chronic health conditions. Successful implementation of this
major philosophical shift allows them to create windfall profits.
The drug industries have traditionally been one
of the most profitable industries on the planet, generating hundreds of billions of dollars in profit annually.
This
enormous amount of capital has created the largest legislative lobbying influence in Congress. That drug lobby has been able
to manipulate U.S. laws to maintain a system that perpetuates their influence through tax breaks, a weakened regulatory system
with the FDA, and loosened marketing restrictions that allow them to target their message to ever-growing segments of the
population.
Drug and Food Industry are the Problem, Not the Solution
Are
You Surprised By the Following Facts About Americans?
- Two out three are overweight
- One of three has either diabetes or pre-diabetes
- Cancer is now
the number one cause of death
If you are surprised then the following facts
help to explain these statistics: - 90% of the money Americans spend on food is for processed
foods
- The number one source of calories in America is the sugar in sodas
- In a typical year the average Americans consumes:
- Over 56 gallons of soda a year
- 150 hamburgers
- 200 orders of fries
Selecting
the right foods to nourish you, and avoiding the toxic poisons that are loaded in commercially processed foods, are two of
the most important choices you can make to allow your body to repair the inevitable damage that you encounter at some point
from merely being alive.
However, most of you are exchanging convenience for
your health. While it is an easy choice for most to make, it is of course regularly encouraged and facilitated by the very
industries that provide these "convenience" options.
Masterful Manipulation by
the Media
Have you ever had that nagging feeling that all those drug commercials you see on TV and read
in the magazines may not be the best solution for your health challenges?
Did you
know that the US is only one of two countries in the world that allows drug companies to advertise prescription drugs to the
public? (The other is New Zealand and they may change that soon)
It is vitally important
for you to understand that these industries have conspired to deceive you with their army of evil marketing geniuses, and
controlling the media is one of their most effective strategies.
The drug industry is spending over three billion
dollars every year to market their products directly to you as consumers. This masterful manipulation of the media creates
fear to motivate you to choose their expensive and self-serving (and health-destructive) solutions.
Consider
the massive propaganda campaigns regarding the bird-flu hoax and the swine-flu hoax. Millions were supposed to die from each
of these, and despite refusing their "cure", it never occurred. Consider the Vioxx scandal that killed over 60,000.
Consider the lies told to the public about fats and cholesterol to make hundreds of millions on cholesterol lowering drugs.
The examples are nearly endless. These types of intentional psychological manipulations and distortions of the truth have
allowed them to effectively convince most of the population to rely on their expensive, short sighted, misguided, ineffective
and false solutions for health challenges.
In the end, nearly everything you think you
know about health is FALSE!
But thanks to the internet, communication of the truth has become much easier
then ever before. I spend lots of time perusing, reading, learning and sharing what I can. One of my favorite internet sites
is www.mercola.com In fact, much of this information today came from his site.
I encourage you to re-think all that
you think you may know about health, since much of it has been given to you to cause you to act out of fear, and was designed
to seperate you from both your health and your money.

Can Perfectionism = Procrastination?Far too often, well-minded individuals get stuck trying to work out the
perfect plan with the perfect details before they get started so that "all will go smoothly". But is this a recipe
for procrastination and inactivity?
Some of you may have heard of the "ready, fire, aim" type of proceedure.
This is a perfect example of having the ability to jump into action with the ability to modify as the need arises. And this
approach even works with your health actions. Taking a step or two of the right choices is far better than taking none
because you don't have a comprehensive plan in place.
One of the simple changes many make is shortening their workout
time, at least in the beginning. It's far easier to carve out a 20 minute session more frequently for most then it is to try
to find a full hour for 3 or 4 days a week. This shorter session may allow you to incorporate it more regularly, maybe even
5-7 days a week. Really our body should be used daily with enough vigor that you break a good sweat. That alone for many is
a great start. Sweating daily.
So when it comes to doing good for your body, your life, and your plans: the only
wrong action - is no action at all. Success favors action, not perfection.
