Providing good service means taking the time to listen. I will work with you every step of the way to make sure you receive the care you need. I only accept patients I am confident I can help, and my exam and evaluation of your situation is designed to ensure that you qualify for care and can get excellent results.

Your First Visit
Here's what to expect on your first visit with us. This first visit will take longer than most, so please allow 40 to 50 minutes. On follow-up adjustments you can get in and out in less than 15 minutes and get on with your day.

Unique from most offices, we will test you with computerized thermography and surface EMG. These high tech tests let you understand the actual function of your spine and nerve system, including a quantitative analysis showing where you have spinal distortion and nerve irritation, stress and damage. And like other doctors, we will initially ask you about your medical history and perform examinations and tests specific to your complaints.

If Dr. Pennington feels he can help you with your problem, he will provide the appropriate chiropractic care. We will also provide you with any appropriate home care instructions, and schedule a follow-up visit to see how you responded to your first visit.

Easy Scheduling
Whether you are a new patient or a returning wellness customer, you can find the appointment time that's right for you with our online booking. It's free, but you will need to enter a valid credit card number in order to sign up as a user. Simply click the flashing "Make an Appointment Now / Lattiss" button at the top of the page. If you don't see a time that works for you, call us and we will find one for you.

We also let you choose the way you wish to use our services. Some patients only want to come by every so often for a quick spinal tune-up. You may want only immediate pain relief for your headaches, back pain, neck pain, foot pain or wrist pain. Others may need intensive rehabilitative care, and most enjoy an ongoing wellness program.

Our 1st goal is to get you out of pain as soon as possible without those year long treatment plans. This is a major difference from many other chiropractic practices. Our 2nd goal is to help you understand what should be done to correct and stabilize your condition. Our 3rd goal is the opportunity for you to enjoy a life filled with the wonder of wellness and the ability to be healthy forever.

Customized Chiropractic Care
Since every patient responds differently based on their age, level of fitness, and current health status, we make recommendations based on our previous experience with similar patients. Ultimately, we leave it totally up to you to choose what level of care you desire.

We have a "no stress," "no pressure" practice. We can always increase or decrease your treatment frequency based on how you respond. Some people need more. Some people need less. Some want correction. Some want wellness. We will work with you.
